Manuka Crescent Motel offers affordable, spacious, well-equipped Wanaka accommodation (with kitchens) We offer free unlimited WIFI and all motel units have a 32" flat screen TVs with 10 Sky channels and all freeview channels. We are located in a quiet residential area just 1.5km from the lakefront and town centre. Our Studios and Apartments are self-contained and can accommodate from 2 people in our studios, up to 5 people in our 2 bedroom family apartments.
EV charging point - type 1 and type 2 connection with 16amps available.
Our location is an ideal base for exploring Wanaka and the beautiful surrounding area and provides real rest and relaxation and a great sleep after a day of sightseeing, wine tasting, or skiing in the winter months. Our rates are very affordable and our apartments are very comfortable.
We provide ample off-street parking (some under cover), large outdoor seating areas with BBQ, guest laundry and a ski drying room.

Our one bedroom family units offer Free Unlimited WIFI 10 Sky TV channels and all Freeview chnnels on a 32" flat screen TV and have fully equipped kitchen facilities with twin pan hob, microwave, electric frying pan, fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a dining area and couch for relaxation, . The unit has a queen-size bed and 2 single beds (all with electric blankets) and seperate bathroom with shower. Each unit has its own outside seating area.

Terms & Conditions
I hereby guarantee and accept to pay all charges incurred by me to my account including damage, disruption or otherwise and authorise and accept the charges applied to my credit card account. Charges for smoking, damage or removal of chattels, additional cleaning or circumstance where the room unit can't be re-sold, will be applied to my account.
Special Terms & Conditions:
I agree persons under the age of 18, will not be unaccompanied on the premises and will be supervised by someone over the age of 21 at all times;
I agree not to disturb other guests at anytime with noise or other disruption and I agree if this was to occur or complaints were received, we would be asked to leave the property immediately where all charges for all nights booked would be payable;
I accept a deposit and bond be held the for all costs or charges incurred over this period and where not required, refunded at checkout.
Reservations made via booking.com are subject to additional charges to the staying guests account where reservation is made via a third parties, on behalf of, a corporate business company or, in-trade sole trading business, reservation requests must be made in the name of the staying guest and credit card details must match. I agree to additional charges of 15% being applied in these circumstances.
All terms apply whether request is prepaid or payable at check-in.

Charge-back terms require payment within 7 (seven) business days, I accept 10% additional charge is added to an unpaid account for each 7 day period thereafter if payment is not received.
