Glamping Village Book
10x Glamping tents are situated within our dedicated, private Glamping Village on powered campsites. Each 6x5m Bell tent features Hotel style Queen sized beds and luxury appointments. Perfect for earth conscious families and comfort seeking glamping couples.
-Twin Queen & Single Queen Hotel style beds with additional floor mattresses and bedding supplied for extra guests.
-Unlimited access to Guest only gas hot water showers and toilets (10)
-Unlimited Guest only access to Treetop Yoga Studio, games, lounge, dining, bbqs, kitchen and garden amenities.
-Morning coffee window available between 8am-10am on weekends, or by arrangement.
-Electric fan, heater supplied seasonally.

Venue Hire - Groups Book
Residential Hire -
-We offer a mix of self-contained studio rooms, glamping rooms and camp sites.
-Hosts must meet our Organized Group criteria, with a retreat itinerary offering at least 2 on-site classes per day, plus retreat facilitation, as a requirement to receive our Group rates.
-Please provide accurate room allocation to avoid extra costs incurred by last minute room changes.
Please Note;
-Single occupancy is not available within our 4x Studio rooms, unless the full nightly tariff , is met. Twin share and single occupancy is available within our 12 Glamping Tents.
-Residential Retreats are available for groups between 12+. Our communal spaces are best suited to maximum numbers of up to 20 participants, depending on the style of your Retreat.
-Midweek stays attract a 10% discount.
-We do not accept any Residential Retreat bookings over Public Holiday long weekends.
Our Venue spaces include-
-60sqm Treetop Yoga Studio - paddock views, well ventilated, window blinds, electric heaters and yoga equipment (6x sets)
-12sqm Professional room - well ventilated, wide mobile massage table, window blind, electric heater and side table.
-Cafe dining and alfresco areas, with fire-pit (In season) , 50sqm undercover workshop/ rustic shed and verandas
-The circular garden (20m diameter) is available for outdoor activities, or talk to us about hiring an event tent, as an additional cost.

Exclusive Event Hire -
-Venue manager to help coordinate your initial consultants, assist on the day with set up and pack down with your suppliers.
- Exclusive use of the grounds to take family & bridal photographs.
- Your choice of reception and ceremony location.
- Opportunity to choose your own styling suppliers.
- Available outdoor furniture, lighting equipment, decor and fire-pits (subject to suitability)
– Water station for the event duration.
– Use of communal spaces for pre wedding preparation.
– Use of commercial kitchen, cool room & waste centre for set up and pack down. (Additional charges apply for Kitchen hire)
– Signing table, dessert, Graze & Gift tables, self-serve T & C plus all available outdoor furniture and lighting.
- All available accommodation must be booked for the weekend, or as discussed.
Our venue is available year-round, and we recommend several local wedding supply businesses to assist you with your catering, décor, entertainment and equipment needs. Our venue offers convenient amenities (10), including all access and available power, water, and gas. We are a Margaret River Shire Council Approved Reception Centre, with a maximum capacity of 200 guests. Fees are charged for wedding receptions held within the grounds for exclusive 24 hour use. Additional charges apply for events in excess of 100 guests, where additional staffing, event licensing, traffic management and security may be required. The maximum on-site capacity of our accommodation is between 50 - 100 guests, within a mix of accommodation. Event guest accommodation may be booked individually. Glamping Guest package pricing starts from $440 per room for two nights. Event night only stays attract a 10% discount. If guests choose not to book their on-site accommodation, all outstanding accommodation remains the financial responsibility of the Host couple. This forms part of your Exclusive Venue Agreement. All prices include GST.

Terms & Conditions
Please check-in between 3pm and 6pm on the date of arrival and check-out by 10am on the date of departure.
Please notify us of your late check-in requirements, (After 6pm) prior to your arrival date. We are on-site and are happy to receive your emergency calls until 8pm. If Reception is unattended, please call us on 0419606777.
A minimum two night booking is required for all of our Studio and Glamping accommodation, unless specified in one of our promotions.
During peak times (Christmas and Easter and Public holidays) we require a minimum three night booking across all of our accommodations.
We aim to be a 'smoke free' farm. Please adhere to Council Fire & Emergency Regulations.
We are an Ecotourism Certified property and do not accept pets.
Please respect our natural environment and adhere to our strict guidelines for saving water and power, minimizing noise, vehicle access in some areas and waste disposal and recycling initiatives.
Please be advised that your accommodation rooms are not serviced everyday. You may request a 'tidy' service during peak times when you stay more than 3 nights. Fresh bath towels can be requested, with no charge. Management reserves the right to contact guests after departure and request an additional cleaning fee, if your room is left untidy or there is unreasonable damage to your room and contents. You will be notified in writing with photographs to accompany the request. A reasonable compensation is between $80 for additional cleaning and up to $250 for damage to property. In extreme circumstances, guests may be required to replace the damaged or soiled item at cost price.
During peak times, limited vehicle access in the Glamping Village requires vehicles to be parked in the main car park, after drop off of your personal items. This is appreciated at night when headlights can be disruptive.
Our bathroom and laundry amenities are strictly reserved for guests only.
Please contact us if you are wishing to make a group booking of 3 or more rooms. We are not a 'party venue' unless you have completed an Exclusive Hire agreement with us. We offer online bookings for our Group Retreats and Exclusive Venue Hire. Please view Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies below.
Your booking confirmation ensures that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Payment Policy
All bookings require a valid credit card and full payment prior to arrival.
Payments can be processed via our online secure payment gateway. Balance of outstanding payment will take place through our payment gateway within 7 days of your arrival. Balance of payment may also be processed upon arrival using Cash and Eft payments, during normal operating hours 9am-5pm. Please notify reception to alert us of changes to your payment preference.
Upon payment and receiving our letter of confirmation of your booking you are agreeing to our booking conditions.
Direct Credit Banking details are supplied for all outstanding payments related to your booking. Please send a screen shot or email your remittance. A booking number must accompany your payment advice.

Groups and Exclusive Venue Hire bookings are offered a 50% DEPOSIT PAYMENT option for their event. We can also assist with setting up your Guest accommodation booking portal or take direct bookings by contacting our office.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify reception if you need to cancel or modify your booking before 14 days of your arrival date. You will be issued a full refund, less service fees redeemed by Online Booking Agents. We regret that no refund is possible within the 14 day period.
If you choose to shorten your stay or not show up on your arrival date, you will be liable for the full amount of your tariff. Gift Vouchers may be offered with the discretion of Managers.
All cancellations which occur as a result of Covid-19 State border restrictions or ill-health are offered the opportunity to re-book, receive a Gift Voucher or a full refund (less service fees redeemed by online booking agents.) Documentation is required when requesting a full refund via email.
New Vaccination Restrictions are now in effect. Please comply with all State and Federal Government National Plan for Australia's Covid-19 up-to-date vaccination, testing or exemption requirements for traveling within Western Australia.
During an anticipated severe weather event, you will be contacted and offered an opportunity to re-book your Glamping accommodation, or sent a gift certificate to the full value of your booking.
During a severe weather event which we believe puts you at risk, we will automatically upgrade your Glamping accommodation to one of our Studio Rooms.
We are happy to upgrade your booking to an available Studio room at any time throughout your stay for a flat cleaning and preparation fee of $80.
All Event Cancellations are fully refundable up to 12 months prior to the event date. This forms part of a cooling off period for both parties. We regret that no refund is possible, if you cancel within 6 months of your event date. All unforeseeable cancellations/ refund requests must be in writing with relevant documentation supplied. Management reserves the right to consider all financial outcomes relating to both parties, when determining the refund amount requested.
