Check-in is normally from 3.00pm, however, if possible, we will always try to accommodate earlier arrivals if we are contacted in advance.
Check-out - by 10.30am please.

Payment Policy

No deposit is required, however, credit card details will be requested at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No payment will be taken in advance of arrival.

Payment in cash (NZ$) or direct credit via Internet banking is appreciated. We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, and our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and we therefore apply a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date incurs a 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Sometimes events happen that are outside of our control and we strongly recommend guests arrange travel insurance and if appropriate a policy which includes Covid cover.
