Mary's Glenelg Luxury is a brand new contemporary townhouse offering the best of living and location – in the heart of Glenelg.
You’ll love Mary's because of the luxury and the location. Mary's is close to the beach, the city centre, the airport, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining. It's great for all travellers, especially couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
Opens in to a light and spacious living dining and kitchen with glass sliding doors opening to your outdoor entertaining courtyard.
The outdoor courtyard has a setting for up to 8 guests and a gas BBQ.
Inside the dining table accommodates for up to 8 guests – with a large breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen (SMEG oven & dishwasher, microwave and large fridge).
The main living area has a large leather modular sofa with a LCD TV, and DVD player. We also offer complimentary Netflix.
There is also a queen size bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped laundry.
Walk up to a retreat area with a chesterfield sofa and TV.
Three bedrooms follow from this;
1. Master bedroom with a ensuite - walk in shower and toilet, walk in robe, king size bed, and large
double doors opening to a spacious balcony with a small outdoor setting to enjoy the view looking towards the beach.
2. Second bedroom – has two king singles and built in robes.
3. Third bedroom – has a queen size bed and built in robes.
There is also a large main bathroom upstairs with walk in shower, free standing bath tub, basin and toilet.

Additional fees: Service charge of 35AUD/stay - not included in price. Bed linen fee of 120AUD/stay - not included in price.
All accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A professional clean will be carried out on check out and the cost is included in your total booking amount. For stays in excess of 14 nights, mid-stay cleans & a change of linen are available upon request and do incur additional fees. If a property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, there may be excess cleaning charges involved.
Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the Property Owner. Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the owner/agent and either replaced to the satisfaction of the Property Owner/Agent, or paid for prior to departure. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a debit of any such costs and expenses to your credit card or security deposit without further notice.
There is no smoking inside allowed. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour you will be charged a fee of $400 to cover the cleaning of curtains, carpets and air-conditioning sterilization.
Internet (wifi) access is available at no extra charge.
Eviction of a Guest
The owner may evict a guest or visitors without warning. Guests who are evicted will be blacklisted from all locations owned by the owner of Mary's Glenelg Luxury and we may choose to notify the police. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur;
· Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
· Overcrowding - when the number of persons in the suite exceeds the capacity
· Physical or verbal assault towards accommodation representatives or neighbours
· Wilful damage to Mary's Glenelg Luxury property
· Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
· Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others
· Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
· Throwing of objects over the balcony or from windows
· Smoking within the suite (a cleaning and deodorizing fine will also apply)
Number of Guests and Visitors
a) The maximum number of adult Guests permitted at a Property is 8 (2 per bedroom).
Functions and parties
a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at the Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all House Rules.
There is private car parking for up to 4 vehicles, including secured parking for 2 vehicles. Guests and Visitors must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours.
Recycling and Garbage
a) Guests must dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property and in the allocated bins;
b) Guests must not leave excess rubbish in public or common areas; and
c) Guests should be co-operative in complying with requirements in relation to the relevant local council garbage and recycling collection days, and any special requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimisation.
Consequences of not meeting the Terms and Conditions
a) The consequences of not complying with the Terms and Conditions requirements can include enforcement action from the Owner, security services, and local councils or, in some instances, the Police.
b) Enforcement action is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.
c) Such enforcement action could result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid, deductions from security deposits and extra charges.
d) It is therefore important for all Guests to be aware of their obligations and of their responsibilities to make any Visitors to the Property aware of these requirements to maintain the amenity of the Property and its neighbourhood.
a) Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage; and
b) Whenever you are absent from the Property, ensure the alarm system has been activated.
Payment is to be made by cash, electronic transfer of funds or by any accepted credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
