The Maui Guest House is just a block up from Wahikuli Beach Park (awesome snorkeling), 1 mile from downtown Lahaina (to the South), and 1 mile from the beach resorts of Kaanapali (to the North). Located in a quiet, nondescript, residential neighborhood away from the crowds, The Guest House hosts only 4 guest rooms for maximum comfort and privacy. Recently renovated, enjoy our quiet split system air conditioning, salt water pool and our new ocean view deck, complete with hot tub. Children must be 12 or older.

Each air conditioned guest room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and private bath. The room also has a refrigerator, microwave, and sitting area. You may also request a coffee maker and/or an electric tea kettle.

Check in time is anytime after 2pm. Check out time is 11am. Talk with us about an early arrival or late departure concern.
Because of the accessibility of the pool in the front of our property, our insurance carrier requires that children must be 12 or older to stay at The Guest House.
Please note: Three of our four guest rooms have a twin size bed in addition to the queen size bed, therefore, three rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people in a room. If you need a second bed in the room, you must request this at the time you make your reservations by letting us know in the "comment box" when you fill out the reservation form. We will honor any request regarding a second bed (twin size) as long as a room that has two beds is available at the time you make your reservation, however, requesting a particular room is not guaranteed. Also note that there is no meal service provided, but you will have full use of our kitchen. A credit card number (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or JCB) will hold the reservation.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of payment will be accepted as a cancellation penalty if less than 60 days cancellation notice is given. There is a combined General Excise and Transient Accommodation tax (Hotel Tax) of 17.42%. If paying by credit card, there is also a 3% processing surcharge which is not included in the room rate.

There is no penalty to cancel a reservation as long as 60 or more days notice (prior to your arrival) is given. After payment is taken (which is due 60 days prior to your arrival), we will refund any nights that we can resale, minus a 6% credit card processing fee. Since each guest room represents 1/4 of our income, we must strictly adhere to this policy. For this reason, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, which is an option that you have, which we do not have.
