Memory Lane Accommodation. Our property site on two acres that includes a 1890 old church along with a licenced reception centre that also trades as a cafe and restaurant. The grounds offer many beautiful spaces, lanes, and gardens along with a second-hand shop called Memory Lane Vintage and Old Wares. We welcome all guests to our facility and provide information and advice to assist travellers make the most of their stay in Tamborine Mountain.

Short-Term Accommodation Rental Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") outline the terms and conditions governing the rental of the short-term accommodation property in Australia (the "Property") by the Renter. By making a booking and staying at the Property, the Renter agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Missing or Damaged Property or Accessories: The Renter is responsible for any missing or damaged property or accessories within the Property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the Renter. The Property owner or manager will assess the damages and provide an invoice for the associated costs. Charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure the booking.
2. Guest Numbers and Surcharges: The number of guests staying at the Property must not exceed the number specified in the booking. Any additional guests not booked in will result in additional charges of $50 per person per night. The Renter agrees to notify the Property owner or manager of any changes to the guest count before or during their stay.
3. Early Check-Ins and Late Departures: Check-in and check-out times are as specified in the booking confirmation. Early check-ins or late departures may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The Renter must request such arrangements in advance and receive confirmation from the Property owner or manager.
4. Lost Keys: The Renter is responsible for the safekeeping of all keys provided for access to the Property. In the event of lost keys, the Renter will be charged a replacement fee. The Property owner or manager will determine the fee for key replacement, and it will be communicated to the Renter. Charges will be applied to the credit card used to secure the booking.
5. Personal Property: The Property owner or manager accepts no liability for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the Renter's stay. It is the Renter's responsibility to secure and safeguard their personal belongings during their stay at the Property.
6. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
7. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted by the Property owner or manager. If pets arrive without notification additional rates and cleaning charges may apply.
8. Excessive noise: Excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt neighbours are not permitted. In the event of complaints guests may be asked to vacate without refund.
9. Cleanliness: The Renter is expected to keep the accommodation and surrounding outside space reasonably clean and tidy during their stay and to dispose of all garbage in designated bins. Charges for additional cleaning and/or rubbish removal may be charged is spaces are left in an un-reasonable condition determined by the Property owner or manager to the credit card used to secure the booking.
10. Breaches: Any breaches of these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund.
11. Booking and Payment: Full payment will be required at the time of booking, and the payment terms will be specified in the booking confirmation.
12. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through amicable negotiations and communication. If both parties fail to reach agreement the Property owner or manager will make the final decision.
13. These Terms & Conditions: By making a booking and staying at the Property, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy

Full charges for all booking are charged at the time of securing the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds – (Excluding charges from booking platforms). Guests will be entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Half refund – (Excluding charges from booking platforms). Guests will be entitled to a 50% refund for booking cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in date.
No refund – Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the booking date will not receive a refund from the booking.
Eventuating circumstances for refunds may apply if received via email at the discretion of the Owner or manager however it will depend upon the rules of the booking platform used to secure the booking.
