NON SMOKE ROOMS
All rooms are strictly non smoke
Non-compliance with this Government Regulation may result in room cancellation without refund and ejection from the premise. You will also be charged for any remediation cost including, but not limited to, loss of income, specialized cleaning and treatments to remove the Tobacco Allergen.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Kindly note that check-in is from 2pm and check-out is until 10am. Earlier arrival and late departure times can be arranged, subject to availability, however applicable day-use charges may also apply.

ROOM RATES
Rates quoted are based on the number of occupants and leigh of stay and any alterations to those details may affect the nightly rate charged.

ONLINE BOOKINGS
All Online Bookings require a valid Credit Card number to guarantee your reservation. Your card number will be held as security for reservation and any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees. Unless an alternative valid Card of method of payment is provided upon check-in, this Card will be used for all outstanding accommodation and ancillary cost and for any loss or damage to the room during the stay.

CHILD POLICY
For purposes of this clause: "Child" or "Children" means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 11 years; "Infant" means a person under the age of 2 years; and "Adult" means a person aged over 18 years. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced.
Children and Infants sharing a room with their parents or guardians may be free of charge if using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type – please advise when doing Check in.
P.S.:
- Alternative bedding is NOT available.
- Children must be accompanied from parents/guardians at all times.

EXTRA GUESTS - REGISTRATION
No more than three adults are allowed to stay at any Double Room at Lakeview Hotel.
All guests are required to register on arrival at the Hotel. Registered guests are prohibited from allowing non-registered guests from staying in their rooms beyond 8pm. Any additional unregistered guest found in a guest room between 8pm and 10am will occur a penalty charge of $20 Dollars per person. Such fees will be added to the relevant registered guest account, for payment prior to departure.
If a maximum room occupancy of three (3) is found to be exceeded by Unregistered Guest as described above, then ALL occupants will be ejected from the Hotel and the Registered Guess will be immediately charged for the room.

Please Note:
Disturbance of the other guests through partying in rooms will not be tolerated & intoxicated guests may be removed from the Hotel.
Please Note: Your Credit Card is held as further bond to ensure no damage or smoking has occurred in the room. This is undertaken after a housekeeper has checked and cleaned the room. Any damage, theft or defacement of Hotel rooms will result in Police action and cost recovery.

Payment Policy

Payment at check-in.

A valid Credit Card and ID will be requested to the occupant of the room when checking in. Payment via third party Credit Card may be arranged by contacting the Hotel directly.
1. If a Credit Card is not available a cash deposit of $250 will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for Advanced Purchase (Special) rates.
These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. There will be strictly NO refunds available for Advance purchase bookings. Changes and modifications are also not permitted.

Be agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that unless we come to an alternative arrangement with you or the named guess, then the Credit Card provided will be used for payment of all accommodation and ancillary cost charged to the room after check-in, for any loss or damage to the room during the stay, and for any cancellation or non-arrival fees.
