Terms & Conditions

After Hours Check Ins - Please advise the manager at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you require a late check-in (i.e. after 4pm). In these situations, special arrangements will be made to provide guests with their room keys.

CLEANING
All accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these terms and conditions. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request. If a property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, an excess cleaning cost will be charged to your credit card.

DAMAGE
Whilst you are in occupation, you are responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the property owner. All damage is to be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure. If damage is detected after check-out the costs of repair will be charged to your credit card.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. Additional cleaning charges will apply if smoking inside rooms occurs.

Payment Policy

Rulku Lodge will accept bookings made ONLY via our website.

We do not accept purchase orders unless organized. prior.

A credit card surcharge of 2% will also be applied. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of acceptance.

Please be advised that 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations in writing emailed to reservations@rulkulodge.com.au.

2. No fee charged for cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival.

3. Under 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the total accommodation will be charged as the cancellation fee.

4. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given, however the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability.

5. Payments are non-refundable if your stay is cut short.

6. Corporate bookings made with PO are subject to point 4. above cancellation policy only.
