Property Information
Minnow Cabins
Minnow Cabins is on 36 acres. We provide two fully self contained cabins and they are two bedroom cabins. The cabins are 400 meters from the owner's residents, so our guest's can enjoy their privacy. Both cabins have great views out the bedroom windows, lounge and kitchen. The cabins are design with Tasmanian timber's and some added personal art work's caved onto the timber. The bed's are hand made with Tasmanian timber's The property is surrounded by Minnow river which guest can go for walks.There are tall Tasmanian trees which can be viewed from any rooms. We take great care in protecting our natural environment so our guest have full enjoyment of flora and fauna. There are parking space, provided, at the cabins. We have outdoor fireplace with siting area which guest can enjoy at winter time. There are out side table,setting and barbecue areas.We have lot's of native birds and wildlife in the area. There are walking track for guest's who like to venture outside. We are located 12km from our local town of murals Sheffield and one hour -10 minutes from our most popular cradle mountain. We are 30 minutes from our main town Devonport where the spirit of Tasmania ship travel's from Melbourne mainland. We are located central to all major attractions such as mole creek caves and wildlife parks.

Terms & Conditions
If there are any damage's inform the owner's. Depending on the nature of the damage's and cost involved in fixing the damages guest will be liable for the cost and will be charged. Kids must be supervised and they are not to jump up and down on the furniture's or climb up the low rock walls or move rock from garden border's or ride their push bikes through the gardens.
The property yard area must be free from any rubbish. Guest are allowed to smoked out door's where the smoke ashtray's are provided but please no smoking in door's due to smoking alarm's and to respect other guest who do not smoke.
Firewood's undercover are provided for wood heater's inside the cabins. Firewood for outdoor fireplace are near the outdoor fireplace. Outdoor Barbecue firewood is also provide nearby.
We ask our guest to look after the property as they found it so other guest can experience the same conditions as they have done.
Summer weather condition's- during extreme weather conditions there will be total fire ban. No fire's are allowed at outdoor fireplace and outdoor barbecue. No cigarette buds thrown out on the ground.
Cancellation policy- We the (company) will withhold a days deposit, unless there is a genuine reason and the company believes that there was no loss of booking's due the cancellations and we may refund full amount.
During the guest stay if there are any incident that occur such as injury's during guest's stay.The property manager must be informed as soon as possible so incident report forms can be filled out for insurance purpose's.
Guest's who do not show up : will be charged full bookings due to loss of bookings.
Payment Policy
50% deposit will be taken for advance bookings required ( 3 months in advance) or unless guest prefer to pay in full before their arrival. Non advance deposit will be one nights deposit.
All payment must be received before check out date.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation free. 3-7 days cancellation apply one days deposit will be withheld and any fees and charges will apply for any cancellation process.
