CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated by prior arrangement only due to our housekeeping schedule ($10.00 per extra hour). If you are arriving after 6.00pm, please call us on (02) 47574455 to arrange a self-check-in.

Check-out time is 11.00am, but 12.00 noon, if you are a MOMENTS PRIVILEGED GUEST who booked directly via phone or via www.moments.com.au. Later check-outs can be arranged for $20.00 per extra hour, depending on availability.

BREAKFAST
A delicious home-cooked breakfast, offering some of the Blue Mountains area's local produce, is served to the door of your Suite or Room between 9.00am and 9.30am (by prior arrangement), and substantial continental (self-serve) breakfast options are available if you are an earlier riser.

SECURITY AND INCIDENTALS
For security and incidentals, we require credit card details on check-in OR a cash bond of $100.00 and sighting of your driver’s license or passport. The cash bond is returned at check-out if no incidentals occurred.

CHILD POLICY
moments is an adult retreat and not suitable for babies or children under 16 years.

SMOKING POLICY
moments is a non-smoking establishment which includes all rooms, suites and all verandahs. There is a designated outdoor smoking area.

PETS
Although we are animal lovers, pets are not allowed to stay.

LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT
We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning time or repairs if any damage is done to the inventory.

WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY
If there is anything you need us to do to improve your experience at moments before, during or even after your stay, please let us know. It is our mission to ensure you have an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable stay.

Políticas de pago

50% of your tariff will be charged to your nominated credit card at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% will be charged 2 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 2 days of your arrival, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.

All bookings which include Easter, Long Weekends and the Christmas Peak Period from late December to mid-January are non-changeable and non-refundable, and therefore the full amount is charged at the time of booking

VISA and MasterCard
AMEX incurs a 3% surcharge

If you would like to pay via EFT (internet transfer into our bank account), please contact us to receive our bank details.

Políticas de cancelación

The following policies apply to bookings placed with the property DIRECTLY. If you booked via a third party booking site, another policy may apply - please check your confirmation from the third party.

If cancelled with more than 7 days' notice, a $50.00 service fee applies.
If cancelled with 7 or less days’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
If cancelled with 2 or less days’ notice, the full amount is forfeited.

Please note all bookings during Easter, Long Weekends and the Christmas Peak Period from 18 December 2015 to 9 January 2016 are non-changeable and non-refundable.

For protection in case of cancellation due to illness, injury or death, or loss of luggage, we recommend you take out travel insurance.

GROUP BOOKINGS OF 3 OR MORE ROOMS
If cancelled with more than 14 days' notice, a $50.00 service fee applies.
If cancelled with 14 or less days’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
If cancelled with 7 or less days’ notice, the full amount is forfeited.

BOOKING DATE AMENDMENTS
If the booking date is amended, the cancellation policy applies.
