We are a small, homey hostel located at a 2nd floor of a building along Hontanosas Rd. cor. Ester Lim Dr., Tawala, Panglao. We are 5 minutes walk to the white sands of Alona Beach. Our location is strategically located by the street side for easy access to public transport and surrounded by different shops and restos. Google maps will help you find us. All bed types come with free light breakfast, fiber WiFi at 20-50 mbps, hot showers, regulated air conditioning, free drinking mineral water refills, all day coffee, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and detached toilets delegated for each room in support of the new normal safety protocols.
We also offer budget tours, kayaking activities from beginner to advance, shuttle services to and from the airport, seaport, Tagbilaran City and nearby places of interest. We also offer bike, scooter, and auto rentals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BEDS, ROOMS, AND TOURS/TRANSPORT/RENTALS:
1. BOOKING GUARANTEE: Upon confirmed booking, a 24-hour reservation period is given for the agent to make a deposit of the FULL PAYMENT. Otherwise, the beds or rooms will be released for re-selling.
2. CHILD POLICY: Being a backpacker’s place, children are generally not encouraged unless booked into a private room as an extra person, or allowed into a dorm room that is blocked ENTIRELY AND EXCLUSIVELY by the parents or legal guardians.
3. PET POLICY: Dog, cat, other animals allowed following all hostel requirements.

5. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

I. NO-SHOW guests are subject to 100% OF THE FULL PAYMENT. Unused room nights for early checkouts are considered non-refundable.
II. CANCELLATION: Refunds, less handling fee and bank charges if any, are given when done within the time period mentioned below:
PEAK SEASON: 7-5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, CHARGE EQUAL TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY. 5 DAYS LESS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE. OCTOBER-MAY
LOW SEASON: 5-3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, CHARGE EQUAL TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY. 3 DAYS LESS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE. JUNE-SEPTEMBER.
GROUP BOOKINGS: FOR 6 PAX AND UP, 10-7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, CHARGE EQUAL TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY. 7 DAYS LESS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE.
HANDLING FEE: 10% OF THE DEPOSIT
B. TOURS, TRANSPORT, RENTALS
I. NO-SHOW guests are subject to 100% OF THE FULL PAYMENT.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY: All information contained in this agreement are private and confidential and may not be disclosed or obligated to a third party for whatever reason or purpose.

Payment Policy
1) A minimum payment deposit of 1 night, 50% or up to full payment of your total booking is required to confirm your booking.
