Hunter Oasis sits on beautifully maintained grounds close to the scenic village of Morpeth NSW. Our property has 9 separate Motel Rooms, 8 beautifully appointed villas, a stand-alone 2-bedroom cottage and 4-bedroom inter connectable guesthouse.

The motel rooms come in configurations of queen, twin, and double queen. Each motel room has a bar fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and undercover parking for one vehicle per room.

Our Two Bedroom Villas are suitable for up to five people. Featuring a queen bed, two king single beds and a sofa bed. Also equipped with a kitchen, separate large bathroom, living area with ducted air-conditioning and a deck.

All our rooms are proudly maintained to the highest standard for your comfort.

The property offers free Wi- Fi, shared guest kitchen, barbeque facilities, guest laundry, games room, outdoor pool and indoor gym.

We can accommodate business meetings and seminars through to birthday parties, graduations, family gatherings to intimate weddings. Look no further than Hunter Oasis for your next gathering. With our purpose-built venue we can accommodate up to 70 people.
Please note the room will be available the day of booking from 11am unless otherwise arranged with Management.

Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is from 14:00 until 19:00, an early or late check-in is to be pre-arranged with the motel when payment in advance will be required and the key will be arranged to be left out for you.
2. Checkout time is 10:00.
3. The guest acknowledges joint and several liabilities for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
4. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hunter Oasis caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Motel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms or vehicles.
6. All rooms are no-smoking and fines may be issued if smoke detectors are activated.
7. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay at Hunter Oasis including any outstanding extras, lost of key cards will be charged to credit card supplied at time of reservation. $20 per lost key.
8. There is no daily room service on bookings 3 nights or less

Payment in full is required on arrival at the Motel, Photo ID is also required upon check in

Unless you have booked online and you have chosen a non refundable rate then payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of 4 rooms or less must be made by 12pm - 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations of 4 rooms or more and the residence (4 bedroom guesthouse) must be made by 12pm – 1 week prior to your arrival date

Inside this window, if you cancel or no show 1 nights fee will be charged.

If you have booked online with a promo accommodation special where all nights are non refundable then this supersedes above cancellation policy.

Check-in is from 2pm-7pm, and check-out at 10.00am. Arrivals prior to these times may incur an additional fee, outside these times you must contact the property during office hours regarding key and access details.
