PRIVACY POLICY

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is guaranteed from 3.00 pm. Every action will be taken to accommodate early arrivals but is not guaranteed. Luggage storage is available.

CHECKOUT
Checkout is STRICTLY 10.00 am. There will be no refund for early departure. A late checkout fee of 50% of the daily apartment tariff will apply if the property is not vacated prior to or by the designated checkout time. Tardy checkouts impact incoming guests. Luggage storage is available if you want to continue skiing through the day. Just contact staff to arrange 57593523.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & CLEANLINESS
Whilst being a guest at Mountain Dreaming Apartments you are responsible for any loss or damage to the property. Your credit card on file will be used to secure any damage charges. It is expected that the apartment will be left in a "reasonable" state as you leave. Dishes should be placed in the dishwashers, furniture returned to original settings and rubbish placed in bins provided. Extra cleaning will be charged @ $40 per hour for the time it takes cleaning staff. Please note that the Mountain Dreaming Apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted. If the apartment is left in an unreasonable state and cant be occupied by incoming guests, there will be a charge equal to 1 nights tariff applicable to your room type charged to your credit card. You will also be asked to vacate your apartment and find alternate accommodation if deemed necessary if such transgressions occur mid-stay. No refund will be available for the remaining part of your stay if the above eventuates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE*
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. You may have the potential to claim in the event of:
• Personal liability, death, accident or illness
• Damage or permanent loss of luggage and personal effects during travel
• Cancellation fees and lost deposits that you can't recover in any other way; if your journey is cancelled or shortened at any time through circumstances either expected, intended by you, or outside your control
• Road closures due to unexpected or untimely weather conditions.

GUEST BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
As a guest of Mountain Dreaming Apartments, it is expected that you will respect the amenity of the adjoining apartments. The apartments adjoin The General Hotel which is a licensed venue. Security and bar staff will apply the same standards re conditions of entry to both apartment guests and other patrons without favour. Intoxicated and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Gross misconduct may result in eviction if deemed appropriate

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

ACCOMMODATION PRICING
All prices are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without notice.
All reservation requests are subject to availability. Any verbal or written quotes are an estimate only of the price and will be confirmed at time of booking.

DIRECT BOOKINGS
To confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance 1 calendar month prior to arrival.

DIRECT BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN 1 MONTH OF ARRIVAL DATE
Reservations made within 1 calendar month off the arrival date require full payment at the time of making the reservation. This is a non-refundable payment. Bookings will not be guaranteed until full payment is received.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
All non-direct bookings from third party sites are processed in full at the time of booking and are non refundable

PAYMENT
Direct deposits and major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCards will attract a 1.5% surcharge. Cheques are not accepted. Amex and Diners charge cards will attract a 3% surcharge.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Please contact us directly and we will process your payment. All details are stored securely and no personal details are supplied to third parties.

Cancellation Policy

DIRECT BOOKINGS
If you cancel outside of 30 days of your arrival date we will refund all monies less $100 sevice charge.

If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date the full amount is non refundable. Credits for future use will be offered. If the apartment is rebooked all monies less $100 sevice charge will be refunded.

COVID ADVICE
In the event of you or someone in your party contracting covid or being listed as "a close contact", and you are not able to travel to the apartments on your expected arrival date the cancellation policy above will still apply.

COVID-19 restrictions are now a known risk. Our binding contract and refund policies now takes this into account. This means cancelling due to COVID-19 restrictions will not constitue a ‘frustrated contract’.
and credits will be supplied or partial refund if the apartment can be rebooked.

SNOW GUARANTEE
We don’t have a snow guarantee and lack of snow or lifts turning as a cancellation will be offered as a credit, or chance to reschedule with increased tarrifs based on dates requested and not refundable on ANY platforms.

FORCE MAJEURE
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the hotel in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
