Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment of accommodation is required prior to, or at check-in, depending on the booking process.
2. A security deposit may also be held against a credit card and pending a satisfactory check-out inspection, it will be refunded.
3. Key/s to the Motel Room are to be returned at check-out. If key/s are lost, a fee of $50 is payable to the Muswellbrook Motor Inn.
4. All guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the Motel Room. Fair wear and tear is excluded.
5. The Motel Room is to be left in arrival condition. If not, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
6. Muswellbrook Motor Inn has a strict “no animals” policy. If this is not adhered to, further charges will apply, potentially including though not limited to carpet cleaning, fumigating, replacement of any/all linen, towels, fixtures/fittings/furnishings, as well as the subsequent additional room clean in general.
7. Where guests sign for/on behalf of a business or company and in the event that the business or company is unable to, or refuses to pay, any amount due, the guest(s) shall be liable to pay on demand any amount owing under this agreement.
8. Any accommodation paid for will only be refunded if a cancellation is made in writing and received by Muswellbrook Motor Inn 48hrs prior to 2pm on the arrival date.
9. Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the guest hereby agrees to be liable for the appropriate tariff under the current schedule of rates. If a guest has checked out without notice there will be a charge of 2 nights from when notice is given.
10. Check-in is from 2pm-8pm each day,
11. Check-out is before 10am.
12. Strict noise restrictions apply after 9pm, therefore any complaints may result in additional charges and possible Police involvement and/or eviction.
13. The Muswellbrook Motor Inn assumes no responsibility for loss of money or other valuables, including items left in the room, car park or anywhere on the property
14. Each individual occupying a Motel Room and/or utilising any of the services at Muswellbrook Motor Inn shall personally be liable for all accommodation and miscellaneous charges relating to that Room, including any attributable Fire Brigade call-out, incurred during their stay.
15. Parking is limited to one vehicle per space, though any additional cars (or longer/heavy vehicles) can park on the street adjacent to the Motel.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

1-7 nights booking - 48hrs unless prior arrangements made with the owners.

8+ nights booking - 7 days unless prior arrangements made with the owners.

For reservations cut short - 24hrs
