Terms & Conditions

What is included in your tariff:
Linen, Towels & Tea Towels are included as well as a generous amount of toilet paper, mini soap & dish washing liquid.

All Cottages Include:
Fully equipped kitchen inclusive of all crockery, cutlery, glasses & kitchen equipment.
Washing machine.

Cleaning:
Cottages are not serviced during the term of your stay however for extended stays (over 7 nights) a cleaner can be arranged with prior notice at an additional hourly rate. Towels will be replenished for extended stays only.
On departure please leave the kitchen equipment washed and away in cupboards, dirty dishes / equipment left may incur an additional cleaning charge.

Property Occupancy:
Each Cottage clearly states Max Occupancy of either 6 or 8 or 12. Pre-arrangement of family / friends camping or caravanning onsite near cottages will be charged at a nightly fee.

Smoking Policy:
Mundic Waterfront Cottages have a strict NON SMOKING policy and additional cleaning charges which may include full commercial carpet & upholstery cleaning may be charged to eradicate all smoking odours.

Parties & Functions:
By prior arrangement only. Visitors are welcome to the property however large groups must first be approved & functions pre-arranged. Mundic Waterfront Cottages reserves the right to terminate your booking immediately if this policy is ignored. Please ensure you check before inviting groups to visit.

Pets:
Animals are only permitted by prearrangment (outside only). Termination of booking and relevant cleaning fees will be charged if animals are found within the property.

Grape Harvest:
Please note that harvest of the grapes can not be postponed & dates are not confirmed until just days before harvest. Should your stay happen to coincide with a harvest night please understand that we have no control over harvest dates. Harvesters & tractors work through the evening / early morning however move quickly & every effort will be made to keep disruption to you at a minimum. You may however be interested in the harvest process & we would be pleased to show you the process should you inquire. Harvest of a patch can range from 2-4 hours depending on which variety has been requested.

Farm Machinery:
Please keep clear of any tractor / farm implement on the property & the farm shedding is strictly out of bounds.

Departure:
10am departure unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure the kitchen is left tidy with all equipment clean & away. Please strip bed linen & place with towels on laundry tub.

Payment Policy

Full Tariff is payable at time of booking reservation.

Damages or additional cleaning charges may apply if property is not left in reasonable condition.

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card (2.55% surcharge)

For Direct Debit payments please contact us direct.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 30 Days no monies will be refunded unless property is rebooked.

30-45 days prior to arrival 50% of tariff is forfeited with any monies paid over this amount refunded. 10% forfeited & remainder refunded if property is re-booked.

Over 46 days 10% tariff is forfeited with any monies paid over this amount refunded.

We recommend you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellations.
