For every room, there's a deposit of 1,000 THB for possible damage and incidentals (CASH ONLY!!!). This amount will be given back to you when you check out. So please prepare accordingly.

Any deposit or amount paid in advance will not and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please do so by contacting the resort directly at least 7 days before the original date of arrival.

Choosing new dates may be limited based on the resort’s current availability and dynamic pricing. Price differences are to be expected. Your new period of stay has to take place within 6 months with respect to the original booking.
