Hello and welcome to Naughtons Hotel - located in the beautiful, leafy suburb of Parkville.
We are situated directly opposite Melbourne University and within a short walk of The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital and Peter Mac Cancer Centre.
Our heritage listed pub recently underwent refurbishment and we offer eleven bright, spacious and comfortable hotel rooms all located on our first floor accessible by stairs only (no lift).
The No. 19 tram stops on our doorstep, providing easy access to the CBD (2.5km).
Other local attractions include Melbourne Zoo, Queen Victoria Market and Lygon Street with its array of cafes and restaurants.

Terms & Conditions

Hotel Reception Hours
Our hotel reception is open Monday 10am to 6pm. Tuesday - Sunday 10am to 9pm.
As we are a small family run hotel, we are only able to accommodate check-in and luggage drop between these hours.
Please note that all rooms are located on our first floor and only accessible by stairs (no lift).

Cancellation Policy
Failure to show at the hotel or cancellation of reservation within 48 hours of check-in (2pm) will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the booking. There will be no cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in. Any cancellation fees incurred will be charged to the card details provided at the time of booking.

Payment Policy
Payment will be required in full at check-in

Parking
If you are arriving by car, the closest car park is Royal Parade Car Park, 30 Royal Parade (located underneath the Kenneth Myer building in Melbourne Uni). The rate is $25 per day and the car park is open from 6am – 10pm.
Short term parking is available in the streets surrounding our hotel (Morrah, Fitzgibbon, Bayles). This is a good option if you’re just staying for the night or weekend, but please make sure you check the signs as restrictions apply.

Public Transport
If you are arriving by public transport, we are on tram route number 19 (from Flinders St Station), we are stop number 12 (Morrah St). This is right out front so you won’t miss us!

Smoking Policy
Naughtons Hotel is a strictly non-smoking hotel. All guestrooms and public areas are non- smoking. A $100 special cleaning fee will be levied in instances where this policy is not adhered to.

Damage or Loss
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge acceptance that the credit card provided at the time of booking will be used for payment for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during the guest stay.
