We provide luxury, short stay accommodation for visitors and travellers, from an overnight stay to several weeks at a time. You will find us on the heritage-listed Cork Street, only a stone's throw from the award-winning Grazing, Cork Street Cafe Pizzeria and the ever-popular Gundaroo Colonial Inn and Gundaroo Wine Bar/Pub.

Terms & Conditions
Self-Check In
All villas and the historic Clemenger's Cottage have self-check-in facilities, allowing guests to arrive, check in to their villa and leave, without having to go into a common reception area. This is a real benefit when it comes to COVID-19 and reduces any contact you will have with other guests or staff. Before you booked arrival we will contact you by email with details on how to check into your villa, with details on the code and how to enter it. If there are any difficulties checking in on arrival you can contact Zoe on 6236 8460, or Lana on 0401 946 282 for guidance.
Inclusions
All rates at The Nest include complimentary tea and coffee, as well as continental or cook-your-own breakfast provisions to create the breakfast you desire at a time that is best for you (each suite at The Nest is fully self-contained with kitchen and dining facilities).
Extras
Each suite is stocked with bottled water.
Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by no later than 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations
The Nest would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. During the ongoing COVID pandemic, if you require to cancel your booking as a result of snap border closures, quarantine requirements, illness of you or a close family member please contact us directly as quickly as possible. We will issue a full refund if the cancellation is a result of COVID-19 regulations/quarantine laws.
Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.
Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Children
Many of our suites are infant/child friendly and we can provide a cot and high chair if needed.

Pets
Sorry, we cannot accept pets.
Data
Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.
Payment Policy
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we no longer require full payment for cottage/villa bookings at time of booking.
Instead we now collect payment 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival. This mitigates the risk to both the guest and The Nest from COVID-19 snap border closures or quarantine requirements.
For large group bookings such as weddings we require 50% deposit 1 month in advance, and then remaining payment the week of the wedding. We will refund that deposit, up to two weeks in advance of the booking date if COVID restrictions impact scheduling. If this does occur, we will also help you to reschedule the event if it has to be postponed as a consequence of COVID.
Cancellation Policy
To provide more flexibility to our guests around COVID-19 we are no longer requiring payment at time of booking. This means if there are unexpected COVID hotspots that impact your booking, cancellation will be much easier and require no refund of deposits made.
For any booking cancellation that is not COVID-19 related:
Less than 14 days before arrival date - 20% of total amount.
Less than 7 days before arrival date - 50% of total amount.
Less than 1 day before arrival date - 100% of total amount.
