Welcome to the New Orleans Hotel in Arrowtown, Central Otago.
Established in 1866 this original country Pub is a true icon in Arrowtown and NZ.
The New Orleans Hotel is committed to providing friendly service, excellent meals, comfortable lodgings and the very best hospitality.
Set in the heart of this Central Otago gold rush town and surrounded by Historic buildings, shopping and the Arrow River, the location is perfect.
We are the only Hotel located in the main street of Arrowtown.
Our comfortable accommodation has rooms available in Queen or Triple configuration right on the Arrow River. All rooms have unlimited FREE WIFI and SKY TV. Amenities include, Ensuite bathrooms, TV and tea/coffee-making facilities, bar fridge, electric blankets and heating.
The restaurant & bar is open 6 days a week (currently closed on Mondays) from 11am.
The 2 huge open fires are inviting in winter and in the summer the sunny deck overlooking the river is the perfect spot for a bite to eat and a drink.

Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation with the New Orleans Hotel Arrowtown, you agree to the terms and conditions and you acknowledge that the named guest will be personally liable for all accommodation and incidental costs charged to the room after check-in as well as any costs for any loss or damage to the room during their stay, for any cancellation or non-arrival fees, and for any debt collection costs incurred.
The reception is in the restaurant- Open from 11am - 9.00pm Tuesday - Sunday. We are contactable by phone on Mondays to assist with check ins.
If you require a late check in, please pre-arrange this with the management by email to stay@arrowhospitality.co.nz or by phone 034421748 as soon as possible prior to 8pm on day of check in.
Early check in can be arranged where possible.
Please note that bookings will not be confirmed, without a valid credit card.
Complaints or comments -
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can do our best to resolve it immediately.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. In case the above terms and conditions do not sufficiently foresee in any case, New Orleans Hotel will decide regarding this issue.
Payment Policy
You will be charged on the morning of your arrival on the credit card you provided with your booking.
Please note there will be a 2.95% credit card charge.
If you would like to pay on arrival with a different card, please advise when booking.
Cancellation Policy
We know plans change.
Providing we have least 24 hours notice, there is no cancellation charge.
It is not possible to modify or cancel non refundable reservations in any case. The total costs for all room nights will be charged.
No shows will be charged the full rate.
