Terms & Conditions
BOOKING POLICY
Minimum of 1 night stay over weekends, 1 night stay during the week.
Full payment is required by credit card at the time of booking online. There is no front of house at Newington Apartments, upon booking you will receive a code to gain access to your booked Studio Apartment.
Occupancy starts and ends on the dates shown on the confirmation document. Check-in is available from 2pm. Check Out is strictly 10am.
Guests will be liable for payment of the goods taken from mini bar, this payment will be proceeded using the credit card details supplied at time of booking.
Guests are also liable for any damage or loss to the apartment/s during a stay.
All bookings must be made online, phone enquiries welcome however bookings can not be taken via phone or email.
Off street parking is supplied, guests must only park cars in the designated areas. 1 park has been allocated to each apartment. Further parking is available on the street or in front of the hotel.
The Bunch of Grapes Hotel adjacent to the Apartments is conveniently open 7 days a week with a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, however the establishment does not run the apartments so they will not be able to help with any of your enquiries regarding Newington Apartments, you will need to call 0497 049 836 if you encounter any problems.

Cancellation Policy
No refund will be given for any early departure.
All bookings are non-refundable. Full amount to be charged at the time of booking. If cancelled, modified or a no show, a refund will not be provided.
We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
