Payment Policy

To secure your booking full payment at the time of booking is allowed although if you would like to pay the 50% deposit then please contact us on 0419 719 941 or email us on nicole@noosacottages.com

Alternatively you can pay by direct deposit using your first initial and surname as a reference and then please text or email a confirmation of payment. Bank details are:

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us. To enable us to keep our prices down and at an accessible level, it is fair and equitable that a cancellation policy applies as follows: Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay. Bookings are transferable up to 14 days prior to arrival upon mutual agreement. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations made within two weeks of the booking date, these are considered on a case by case basis. With relation to Covid & lockdowns, we of course offer a full refund or the option to move your booking to another date.
