The Nullaki Eco Retreat is a modern two bedroom holiday home and features a large timber deck with panoramic native forest and garden views. It is located on the beautiful Nullaki Peninsula just a few minutes drive the city of Albany southwards and the picturesque town of Denmark to the North. The popular Bibbulmun Track and Anvil Beach are just a couple of kilometres away further down the Nullaki Peninsula alongside the Wilson Inlet. The house features larger than average living areas and bedrooms and sleeps eight guests in comfort. The delightful forest setting offers a level of tranquility and privacy that sets this holiday home apart. Most evenings our friendly native possums visit the on the deck looking for a tasty treat in exchange for a gentle pat or scratch behind the ears. Holiday activities are numerous and varied with bush walking, hiking trails, fishing, swimming or visiting the many wineries, restaurants, craft shops and galleries.

Prices vary throughout the year to reflect the WA School Holidays and School Terms, Public Holiday Long Weekends including Easter and Anzac Day and the Xmas and New Year period. Terms & Conditions

A minimum 2 person stay is based on a twin share basis (share one room). Guests will have a choice of either the master bedroom upstairs (queen bed), a ground floor bedroom (queen bed) or a ground floor bedroom (two single beds). If separate bedrooms are required for only two guests a one of $30 fee is payable to offset the cost of preparing another room.
Advance notice of changes to bedding arrangements are required so we have time to complete them prior to your arrival. Your accommodation will be prepared as per your booking request usually the day. A fee of $30 applies if changes to the original beds and bedding are requested within 24 hours of your Check In.
Guests shall advise us if they intend bringing pets prior to arrival. Refer to the property Pet Rules. Aggressive fighting breeds are not permitted ie, American Pit Bulls or Staffordshire Terriers . Pet owners must ensure that their dogs are friendly and sociable and that they are always under effective control. They are not to be left unattended inside the house at any time.

A one of Pet Fee of $30.00 is required for each dog and PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY.
Credit card details shall be be provided on arrival to be recorded as a security deposit. In the event of any wilful or neglectful property damage during your stay we reserve the right to debit the credit card (limited to the cost of any repair or remediation) as required. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH DAMAGE PLEASED BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL NOT DEBIT A GUESTS CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION. Confirmation and payment of your holiday is deemed to be acceptance of out Terms And Conditions.
A one of cleaning of $30 is inclusive of the itinerary cost if you book with directly with or by phone online via our Denmark and Albany Holidays website, Agoda, Stayz or Homeaway. Any reservations made via Booking.Com or Expedia will have the cleaning fee added to the itinerary cost after the reservation has been confirmed.
Check In time closes at 6PM unless arrangements are made and agreed to prior to arrival. Please note that a Late Check In Fee may be payable.
Please advise your host of your intended check out time the day before and ensure that you are present so that a property inspection can occur if needed.

Payment Policy

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD (two easy payments)
If paying by credit card via the booking engine on our website you will only be charged 50% of the advertised accommodation fee when you complete the payment process.
1. If it is less than 30 days prior to arrival your credit card account will be debited for the remaining balance of the accommodation fee shortly after.
2. If your booking date is more than 30 days prior to arrival your outstanding balance will be debited from your card account at the fall of the due date (30 days prior to arrival). If you choose not to accept an automatic debit for your account balance we will require you to pay for your accommodation in full at the time you book your holiday. Please advise us if this is the case.
A transaction fee of 1.9% is charged on all credit card payments to offset the fee charged to us by our bank. If you prefer not to pay it use the EFT option.
We will also accept payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or PayPal by prior arrangement. Please use the inquiry form and send it to us and we will contact you by email reply to complete the process. Outstanding balances can also be paid using the same methods. Online receipts are issued automatically after each transaction.
A cleaning fee of $30 is included when you book and pay via our website, Homeaway, Stayz or with via AIRbnb . If you are booked into our website manually it will be added to your tariff. If you book via Expedia or the cleaning fee will be added to you tariff after your reservation is confirmed.
A pet fee of $30 per pet is payable in cash on arrival and is a condition of entry.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation occurs 28 days or more prior to your arrival a 100% refund( less an admin fee of $25.00 and any bank or credit card fees that are incurred).
If a cancellation occurs between 27 and 8 days prior to arrival we will relist and attempt to resell the cancelled dates. A proportional refund will be made subject to the successful resale of any or all of the original booking dates. The same admin and bank/credit card fees detailed above will apply.
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of your arrival no refund will be available.
