Named the Miekejohn and the Saxton.
2 x Large Modern 3Br Apartments are fully refurbished and renovated, all linen and towels are included.
Close to walking distance to the main shopping centre, IGA, hotels, and restaurants.
3 x Bedrooms, Secure Car Garage for 2 Vehicles.
Main Bedrooms have en-suites and TV for romantic couples.
Full kitchen facilities, fully ducted air conditioning and heating provided.
Host does not live onsite. BBQ area provided.
The Saxton
2 x Queen Size luxurious beds,
Master Bedroom is large with a QS Bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a shower. TV in en-suite.
Smart TV main lounge room.
1 x double bed, 1 x top bunk, plus bed, (3rd room) Additional separate bathroom and separate toilet
All mattresses are new and are medium feel. Outdoor BBQ area and BBQ provided.
Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower. The apartment can accommodate 3 couples easily.
2 bathrooms and 2 toilets provided when more than 2 persons booking. (2 persons = couple)
2 Car Secured Undercover Parking.
Please be honest and upfront when you book and there will be no problems for the host or the guests. Bookings for 2 people include the main en-suite, with a toilet and a shower and bathroom. We can accompany your needs if your are honest with us up front and accommodate your requirements. We do not charge fro children in port-a-cots. ie eg Infants. Please advise us.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for 2 people which includes a toilet and a shower for romantic couples.
There is 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the apartment, the additional bedrooms and bathrooms will be provided when more than 2 persons booking. (2 people = couple). Couples will be allocated the en-suite or one of the QS bedrooms with the spare toilet and bathroom (bath and shower), unless otherwise agreed to with host when booking.
Host will be contactable during your stay should issues arise.
Gardens will be attended to during your stay.
You must abide by the house guest rules of the property.
Other things to note
Guests need to sign and return to the office a booking and confirmation form and provide proof of ID such as drivers licence when booking.

Terms & Conditions
Basic Rules.
1. No parties or any party type behaviour will be tolerated
2. No pets, birds or animals shall be allowed on the premises during your stay without prior permission
3. Please keep noise to a minimum, any complaints by neighbours or police will result in the occupants being asked to hand in the keys and leave the premises immediately with no refund.
4. The apartment must be left clean and tidy, as it was when you arrived
5. Rubbish must be put in the rubbish bins at the end of your stay, that are located outside the apartment next to the garage wall, near the rear entrance to the property. Please use the recycle and rubbish bin appropriately.
6. Any missing items from the apartment after you vacate, like towels or linen, or pillows etc., you will be charged by way of deduction from your deposit bond
7. If the apartment is not clean when you leave, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
8. If anything is damaged during your stay, you will be charged the cost of the replacement item.
9. Please return the key to the key security box when you leave.
10. Please clean the BBQ after you have finished using it.
11. NO smoking in the apartment. If you smoke inside the apartment, you will be charged a fee to de sanitise the smell in the apartment
12. No illicit drugs drugs shall be used on the premises.
13. Bookings are non refundable
