条款和条件
1. Your reservation is only confirmed once you have paid deposit at least 1 (one) night accommodation, otherwise we consider as an inquiry only.
2. If you do not wish to confirm your booking with a credit card, we can manually process your booking for you. A manual booking will not be confirmed until we have received proof of payment for a deposit equal to the amount of 25% of your total reservation. All manual bookings attract a processing fee of 5% of the total reservation.
3. The total amount of people allowed per bedroom is 2 (two). Children/Infants under the age of 12 (twelve) can stay for free in existing bedding or you can hire an extra bed. (Fees for extra bed can be added at the time of reservation).
4. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of all of our villas. Smoking in the indoor areas attract an IDR 2,000,000 cleaning fee.
5. Management reserves the right to cancel and/or release any reservations, for any reasons and/or if they believe any guests are disrupting the enjoyment of other guests or causing damage to villa or property. We have a strict ‘No Party’ rule at The Oasis Retreat Seminyak.
6. By making a reservation with us, all guests agree to pay the full amount on arrival. We accept cash (USD or IDR), Bank Transfer, Visa, Master Card and PayPal
7. On arrival all guests are required to provide credit card details (Master Card or Visa) as a security against damages or charges made throughout your stay. If you do not wish to do this you can pay a cash security to the amount of IDR 1,000,000 per day of your stay.
8. Deposit is non refundable.
9. Our base currency is IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
Payment Policy
1. The balance of accommodation and/or package rate is to be paid on check-in.
2. At the time of reservation, your credit card details will be used as a security with no charges made until your arrival. We will only make a charge to your credit card in-line with our Cancellation Policy.
3. A deposit is required. An invoice will then be sent before arrival. In the event that a reservation for this period is made less than 30 (thirty) days before arrival, the guest will be issued a reminder for the payment, with this to be paid within 2 (two) business days of issue. Unpaid invoice will lead to reservation cancellation.
4. No refunds are to be given for Early Departures.
5. Villa configurations cannot be changed after cut off dates.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any cancellations for confirmed reservations will be charged minimum 1 (one) night accommodation.
2. Cancellations made between 14 day(s) and 8 day(s) before arrival will be charged 50% of the total of accommodation or package rate.
3. Cancellations made between 7 day(s) and 0 day(s) before arrival will be charged 100% of the total of accommodation or package rate.
4. No shows will be charged 100% of the total amount of accommodation and/or package rate.
