The single bedroom residence offers contemporary styling and ample (indoor and outdoor) living space. The lovely native gardens bring in the bird life, while the fruit trees will (in time) be there to be plundered.
A surprising layout, with quirky angles and an “uplifting” roofline which creates a feeling of light and space.
There’s a functional laundry with Miele washer & dryer; as well as a walk-in robe off the spacious bedroom.
The compact bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower stall, hair dryer and quality accessories.
The open plan living room incorporates a well laid out kitchen with an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans; as well as a dining suite for 4, comfortable seating and a Smart TV.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning takes care of cooling and heating; and with ceiling fans and a pot belly wood stove for those who prefer to live the country lifestyle.
With no subtlety whatsoever, a selection of milk churns, pails and other bric-a-brac adorn the cottage and gardens of the property, which was once part of a dairy.
Wi-Fi is available, without charge.
The bi-fold doors open out onto a spacious deck which has seating for 4 alongside a gas-fired BBQ.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is no later than 10:00am.

We are extremely respectful of our cleaners and require that all items of cutlery, crockery, glassware and / or cookware should be properly washed, dried and placed away in cupboards; or, at the very least, put through a dishwasher cycle. While we choose to not apply a cleaning fee, we have recently barred guests from future occupation due to them leaving the kitchen in an untidy state.

No extra persons are permitted to stay overnight, under any circumstance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our sewage disposal is via a treatment plant and the system blocks up if anything other than toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. No wipes, wet ones or sanitary pads should go into the toilet under any circumstance. JUST TOILET PAPER!

Payment Policy

For bookings via on-line travel agents: Conditions as stated by the OTA will apply.

For direct bookings: A non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night for bookings up to 7 nights (and a further 1 night for each subsequent 7 nights) will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings via on-line travel agents: Conditions as stated by the OTA will apply.

For direct bookings: A refund will only be considered if and when the accommodation can be re-let. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to satisfy guests, if cancellation proves necessary.
