Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN: Anytime after 2:30PM.

CHECK-OUT: 10AM
We can't do late check-outs as our cleaners are on a tight schedule.

LOCKERS:
We have lockers available to keep your bags safe out side of check-in and check-out times. Please ask for the codes.

PARKING:
You must reserve a spot as we only have 2 spaces available for 4 cabins.

E-BIKES:
We have 4 e-bikes for hire. They are $80 a day and come with a helmet and lock. Please email 101cabins@gmail.com or get in touch with Ludmila on 021 558009
to reserve your bike.

TRUNDLER BED:
Please let us know if you'll be using the single bed underneath the main bed so we can make sure its made up for you.

CHECK-IN DETAILS:
You will receive an email with your check-in details once your payment has gone though. You will also receive a text message a few days before arrival with your check-in details and lockbox code.

Payment Policy

Please note all amounts above are in NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.

Credit Card Transaction Fee:
PLEASE NOTE A MANDATORY 3% SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING COST TO COVER CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION COSTS.

FULL PAYMENT will be charged 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 14 days out from your arrival.

If you cancel or modify your booking less than 14 days out from your arrival you will be charged the full amount.

Should events arise beyond the control of One O One Cabins regarding the availability of this property, then any confirmed booking may be cancelled by One O One Cabins, in which event all money paid shall be refunded in full, and the guest shall have no further claims against One O One Cabins or its Directors.

If your travel plans are disrupted due to a level 3 or 4 lock-down then we will issue you a full refund.
If a lock-down happens during your stay then we will refund you the remaining night/nights.
Happy to change the dates for another time depending on availability.
If you test positive or are in self isolation due to COVID. We don't issue refunds but recommend you get travel insurance to protect you.
