CHECK IN
Check in will be from 2pm unless otherwise organised with your host.
We have a self service check in.
Around midday of your arrival day we will send a text message to your mobile number which will have your accomodation access information including the KEYCODE for the door.
CHECK OUT
Check out is strictly 10am unless organised differently with your host.
Ensure all rubbish is removed and lock door behind you.

BBQ GRILL
For your convenience we have provided an eclectic BBQ grill if you wish to cook for yourself.
We do ask for the grill to be thoroughly cleaned after use and before departure.
Failure to so do will incur a $30 cleaning fee which will be deducted from your credit card without notice.

Payment Policy
1. Online & Direct
Full payment will now be required and taken through an online payment gateway, a small processing fee of (1.95% - Visa & MasterCard, 2.95% -Amex) will now apply
2. Direct Debit
(for direct bookings only)
Please call ASAP if you would like us to place your dates on hold so you can make payment by direct transfer, booking will be on hold till payment is validated in our account. (please call us for details)
3. Full payment will be expected 14 days before arrival or on booking within the 14 day period.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date
Less then 30 days notice -
Full booking refund less $50 cancellation fee will be credited back onto your credit card
Less than 14 days notice - 50%
7 days or Less - No refund
Payment may be held over for another booking at Tranquil Getaways On Obi Maleny's discretion.
Any modifications to bookings will also incur a $20 admin fee
Cancellations over the Christmas period will only receive monies back (less $50 fee per villa) if we can re book those villas for the same booking period.
