Payment Policy
Please note that 100% payment of the accommodation booking amount is required when a booking is made. If you pay by credit card, you can book instantly on the booking screen of this website (3% credit card fee applies). If you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, our bank account details are: 03-0426-0014653-000. We reserve the right to cancel your booking until your payment is received. Please e-mail with all your details so your booking can be made manually.
Any extra's used during your stay can be paid for by cash, eftpos or credit card (a 3% surcharge applies).
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund upon giving us at least 14 days' written notice to stay@onthetracklodge.nz. If you give us between 4 and 14 days notice that you wish to cancel your booking, 50% of the booking price will be payable. Cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date will be charged the full booking price. For group bookings, please contact us to discuss the cancellation policy.
