A total of 24 beds are available across 6 rooms comprising 2 bedrooms of 3 beds, 2 bunkrooms of 5 beds and 2 bunkrooms of 4 beds. Each room features its own ensuite bathroom.
Adults, Children and Guest reservations must be made separately to ensure correct rates are applied.
You can be place you together with your family and friends based on provision of FULL NAME of each guest and DATE OF BIRTH of each child.

BOOKINGS OPEN
Summer bookings open from 1 November.
Winter bookings open to all financial Members from 1 April. Bookings for Guests (non Members) open from 14 April.
OPAL COVID-19 POLICY
We continue to follow strict procedures and protocols to ensure the health and safety of all our members and guests, and the extended Mt Buller community.
You are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination to access Opal, however you cannot enter the lodge if you:
• Have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days.
• Have had cold or flu-like symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath or other cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours.
• Are a close contact of someone who has tested positive.
• Have been advised to isolate by a health professional.
• You should consider doing a rapid antigen test (RAT) prior to your arrival at the lodge.
If you become unwell whilst at Opal with COVID-19 or have cold or flu like symptoms, you will be required to conduct a rapid antigen test (RAT) immediately, using your own supplied RAT. If you test positive, you are required to leave the lodge and return home immediately.
ON ARIVAL
We have made several changes to the lodge operations, some of which impact what you need to bring with you. Specifically, please take note of the following:
• You will need to bring a pillowcase and bottom sheet to cover the mattress cover and a sleeping bag or doona.
• Hand sanitiser and soap are provided throughout the lodge, please use these regularly.
• Always clean up and sanitise all surfaces after yourself with appropriate sanitation cleaning products provided.
GUEST NAMES MUST BE PROVIDED
Beds are allocated based on provision of full name and age of each of your guests. Please provide these details in the COMMENTS field when completing your booking.
CHILD & ADULT RATES
A child is anyone who is yet to turn 18 years of age. An adult is anyone who has reached 18 years of age.
BOOKING GUIDELINES
All bookings must be made via the online booking site at: Opal Bookings.
• Adult, Children and Guest bookings must be made separately to ensure the correct rates are applied.
• GUEST NAMES MUST BE PROVIDED. The Booking Officer will allocate beds in rooms based on provision of the full name and age of each of guest staying.
Please provide these details in the COMMENTS field when completing your booking.
• WEEKENDS refers to FRIDAY & SATURDAY nights. Opening Weekend consists of FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY night.
• MIDWEEK refers to SUNDAY to THURSDAY nights.
• A maximum of 10 BEDS may be booked at any one time, depending upon availability. Remaining beds may be booked by guests if still vacant nine days
prior to your booking.
• GROUP BOOKINGS for more than 10 beds are available by request to bookings@opalskiclub.com.au
Payment Policy
All accommodation MUST be paid in full at the time of your online booking. Payment will be processed only once the Booking Officer has confirmed your booking.
Payments can be made by credit card or by EFT to the Club’s account using your SURNAME and booking DATE as the reference.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to Member and Guest bookings:
• 28+ days prior to stay: full refund
• 15-27 days prior to stay: 50% refund of cost
• Less than 15 days: no refund
No snow is not an acceptable reason for cancellation of a booking.
Waiving of cancellation fees will be at the sole discretion of the Booking Officer.
