Adults, Children and Guest reservations must be made separately to ensure correct rates are applied.

Standard rates apply to this bed. Reduced Guest Low Season rates and Member rates are also available.

Each bed includes 1 or 2 pillows on a covered mattress however you will need to bring your own pillowcases, sleeping bag or sheets and doona.

Adults, Children and Guest reservations must be made separately to ensure correct rates are applied.
The Booking Officer will place you together with your family and friends based on provision of FULL NAME of each guest and DATE OF BIRTH of each child.

BOOKINGS OPEN
Summer bookings open from 1 November.
Winter bookings open to all financial Members from 1 April. Bookings for Guests (non Members) open from 14 April.

OPAL COVID-19 POLICY
We continue to follow strict procedures and protocols to ensure the health and safety of all our members and guests, and the extended Mt Buller community.
You are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination to access Opal, however you cannot enter the lodge if you:
• Have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days.
• Have had cold or flu-like symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath or other cold/flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours.
• Are a close contact of someone who has tested positive.
• Have been advised to isolate by a health professional.
• You should consider doing a rapid antigen test (RAT) prior to your arrival at the lodge.
If you become unwell whilst at Opal with COVID-19 or have cold or flu like symptoms, you will be required to conduct a rapid antigen test (RAT) immediately, using your own supplied RAT. If you test positive, you are required to leave the lodge and return home immediately.

ON ARIVAL
We have made several changes to the lodge operations, some of which impact what you need to bring with you. Specifically, please take note of the following:
• You will need to bring a pillowcase and bottom sheet to cover the mattress cover and a sleeping bag or doona.
• Hand sanitiser and soap are provided throughout the lodge, please use these regularly.
• Always clean up and sanitise all surfaces after yourself with appropriate sanitation cleaning products provided.

GUEST NAMES MUST BE PROVIDED
Beds are allocated based on provision of full name and age of each of your guests. Please provide these details in the COMMENTS field when completing your booking.

CHILD & ADULT RATES
A child is anyone who is yet to turn 18 years of age. An adult is anyone who has reached 18 years of age.

BOOKING GUIDELINES
A weekend booking refers to FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights, and midweek refers to SUNDAY to THURSDAY nights. Opening weekend consists of FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY night.
A maximum of 10 BEDS may be booked at anytime, depending upon availability.
GROUP BOOKINGS for more than 10 beds are available by request to the Booking Officer.

Payment Policy

All bookings MUST be paid in full at time of booking online. Payment can be made by credit card or EFT to the Club’s account using your SURNAME and accommodation DATES as the reference please:

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will apply to member and guest bookings as follows:
• 28+ days prior to stay: full refund
• 14-27 days prior to stay: 50% refund of cost
• 7-13 days prior to stay: 25% refund of cost
• Less than 7 days: no refund
These conditions only apply to members if we are unable to re-book the vacancy. No snow is not an acceptable reason for cancellation of a booking. Waiving of cancellation fees will be at the sole discretion of the Booking Officer.
