Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book your accommodation with Orford Blue Waters. Please ensure you read the information below to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Our opening hours are 11 am - late. 7 days a week.

Check out time in 10am and check in times between 2pm - late. Unless you have arranged a later check out / in with staff / management.

Please note that we are closed Christmas Day.

Booking Payments.
All bookings must be paid for prior to keys being given. You can pay by eftpos or cash.

Extensions.
All extensions of bookings must be fully paid when the extension request is made. Extensions cannot be guaranteed and are subject to other bookings in place.

All guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys and fees are payable if a replacement key is required.

Pets.
No pets are allowed inside the rooms under any circumstances. Any pets found in accommodation will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Damage.
Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages, damage, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify staff / management immediately. Management may recover from you a repair or replacement cost (at management's discretion).

Smoking.
There is no smoking in any rooms at Orford Blue Waters. If there is evidence of such including smoke odour you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $120 to cover the cleaning of the curtains, carpets and air-conditioning sterilization.

Personal Property.
Please remember to take your personal property and belongings with you upon your departure as the owner / management accept no responsibility whatsoever for any items left behind.

Guests.
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the booking may stay in the property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

Payment Policy

Payment is taken on check in unless otherwise arranged with management.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with one or more weeks’ notice are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival (2pm) or no show will result in full payment being charged.
