Any belongings left upon departure can be mailed back to the rightful owner for a cost of $20.

Payment Policy

Payments via American Express card will attract a 3% surcharge.

All prices include GST.

Guests will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of property in the event of damage or loss caused by the guest during their stay. The cost will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised at least 14 days prior to reservation date for a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the full booking charge.

Guests who fail to attend will be treated as a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the full booking charge.
