Located in the heart of Maori Hill 940m walk to the Octagon. Stylish rooms in a stunning and peaceful setting. Walking distance to Mercy Hospital, Moana Pool, Columba College, John McGlashan, St Hildas, and Otago Boys boarding schools.

There are a total of 22 rooms available comprising of a mixture of newly refurbished deluxe rooms as well as our budget rooms, all which have an en - suite and include two double beds. We also have 2 x one bedroom apartments available that can accommodate up to five guests.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required on or prior to checking in. Authorised Charge Back invoices are due for payment within 7 days. 2% charge will be applied to payments made by Credit Card .
When booking individual or multiple rooms for special events full or part payment may be charged at any time to secure booking refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.
