The deluxe room is only one room on the upper floor on the 2 storeys building. There are 2 superior rooms on the ground floor in the same building. These room types are suitable for group of travellers and family.
Guests who seek the privacy can choose the cottage room that locates independently on the hill.

• Check out time is 12.00 hrs (noon)

CHILDREN'S AND EXTRA BED POLICY
• Child under 4 years old is free of charge for breakfast when sharing room with parents (no extra bed)
• Extra bed is charged for children 12 years and older
• Maximum 2 children are allowed to share room with parents with no extra bed
EXTRA BED
• Extra bed surcharge is Bath 500/Night/Person, inclusive breakfast. Maximum 1 extra bed is allowed per room.
• A maximum of one 3 adults is allowed per room, with a mandatory extra bed

Method of payment : 100 % Payment 14 days before arrival.
After booking has been confirmed by 1 Days if payment has not done, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without notice.
Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION POLICY
• The confirmation, amendment and cancellation must be in writing and be acknowledged by hotel staff in writing.
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs, and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged to suit guest's transfer schedules but will depend on availability. It is therefore suggested that guest arriving very early morning should reserve and pay the room one night before and guests requiring to leave very late afternoon or evening should reserve the room for an extra night.
NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• No show is subject to 100% charge
• Cancellation with in 7 days is subject to 1 night charge
NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PEAK SEASON (01 Nov-28 Feb)
• Cancellation made between 20-14 days before the arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of booking will apply.
• Cancellation made less than 13 days prior to arrival day, 100% of the total value of booking will be charged
• No show and short stay during 20 December - 10 January will be charged at 100% actual reservation.
