Early Check-in and Late Check Outs may be accommodated but must be pre arranged and will be subject to availability.
Annual Summer Closure | Shutdown : approx mid December – end February annually

Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings
Cancellation of bookings made with 7 Days or more notice prior to arrival will not incur cancellation fees.
Any room nights or tours cancelled within 7 day period will be non - refundable.
Full Cancellation fees will be charged for any room nights or tours cancelled with 7 days or less notice or in the event of a no show.
