Ringtails Motel

Ringtails Motel is located in the center of Busselton with comfortable surroundings. Catering for a wide range of travelers, our warm hospitality, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms will ensure your stay with us will be pleasurable. We also have a Launderette for your convenience.

Ringtails Motel is only a short walk to many shops, cafés and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the famous Busselton Jetty where you can relax and take in the tranquility of the beautiful Indian Ocean.

Directly across the road from the motel are Parks, a Cinema, the Vasse River Trail and Historical sites. South West Coach Lines Depot and Trans WA Bus Stop is a short walk from the Motel.

The Tourist Bureau, located at the Busselton Jetty, can assist you with any information on activities or attractions in the area. Located across the road, The Senior Citizens Centre, who have a range of activities and meals that visitors are welcome to participate in and enjoy. The RSL centre is also within walking distance of the Motel.

With a range of different types of accommodation, we cater for all kinds of travelers, from singles to group bookings, business and leisure. We have 3/4 day packages running all year.

With Busselton in the heart of the Margaret River wine region, we are only a short drive to many attractions and activities. A wide range of tours are available throughout Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and Yallingup, with bookings, pick up and drop off directly at the Motel. Whether you want to spend the day at the wineries or breweries, visit the local attractions or just look at the scenery of the beautiful South West Coast, there is a tour to suit everyone.

Terms & Conditions

We would love everyone to enjoy their stay at Ringtails Motel. Please read carefully and sign the terms and conditions.

Room conditions are to be the same as on your arrival when vacating, if extra cleaning is required, an extra $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your Credit Card. Any damages to rooms and its contents will be recovered from the occupants. Any missing items including, but not limited to, linen. Pillows, blankets, cups/glasses, cutlery, electrical goods, appliances and damages to the property will be charged to your account.

We take payment 2 days before your arrival

Ringtails Motel is a smoke free property. Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted on grounds or outside rooms or in rooms. $300.00 penalty applies inside of rooms and $50 penalty applies on motel grounds other than within dedicated smoking area.
Strictly no noise after 10 pm.
No unruly, disorderly, intoxicated or drug influenced behaviour will be accepted. You will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.
No visitors or pets are permitted on Motel property

Cancellation Policy

Deposits:
100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation then 100% of the deposit will be charged.

No-Show
In case of no-show, 100% payment will be charged and a penalty of 2 nights will apply.
