ARRIVAL: Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 9.00pm, and inform us of your estimated time of arrival so that after hours access to your room can be arranged. CHECKOUT: Check out time is 10.00am. Please vacate your room by this time unless otherwise arranged. PETS: We do not allow pets inside our rooms. You are however welcome to have your pet stay in you vehicle whilst parked in our car park. NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9.00pm as a common courtesy to other guests. LIABILITY: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
***SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE ROOMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CLEANING FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION SHOULD YOU SMOKE IN THE ROOM. Cancellation Policy
Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to re allocate the room(s). Notice of cancellation of booking: providing we have at least 24 hours notice of cancellation no payments will be due. However if you fail to notify us after this period we reserve the right, at our discretion, to require payment in full for the accommodation booked.
