If your arrival date is 72 hours of booking, full payment will be required at booking time.
If arrival date is after the 72 hours a 50% deposit per room per night is required at time of booking. Remainder of payment will be required within 72 hours of arrival
A $20.00 charge will be incurred if a key is lost
Please be mindful of other people sleeping when you return home late at night
Payment Policy
At the time of booking we require credit card details. A 50% deposit will be debited and the full payment will be debited on your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hrs of booking arrival date incur the loss of your 50 % deposit. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances
