Welcome to Pedens Hotel

When you check-in, you will be asked to provide photographic identification.

A valid credit card MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel.
Payments may be made by credit card (as indicated for online bookings or as indicated as being accepted at the relevant hotel).

Please note:
Maximum occupancy for a Double Room is 2 adults, maximum occupancy for Double and Single Room is 3 adults, maximum occupancy for group room is 5 adults. Due to fire regulations addition persons are not permitted to accommodated as there is a maximum occupancy per room type.

Full payment for accommodation is required on check in.

Check in time is at 2 pm.

Check-out time is at 10.00 am on the date shown for your departure.
Check out prior to 10.00 is available ( Utilising the key drop express check out boxes) Alternatively Peden's Hotel reception opens at 9 am (Mon-Fri) and 9am (Sat-Sun).
If the room key is not returned at time of check out. Pedens Hotel reserved the right to charge a $60.00 fee to guest's credit card or debit card.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY

Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel including corridors, lounge and lobby area. Pedens Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. A charge of AUD $250.00 applies to any guests smoking within the accommodation premises. In the event that the fire brigade is called due to the fire system alarm activation, a fee of $1,100.00 applies.

Pets

Pedens Hotel has a no pet policy. In NSW, a Guide Dog in a harness is legally allowed in hotels and motels.

Parking

For the convenience of our guests, we offer complimentary self parking.

Releases and Indemnity

Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Peden's Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation, your stay or your attendance an event at the relevant Pedens Hotel for any reason whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify Wentworth Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Pedens Hotel or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation, your stay, or your attendance at an event at the relevant Pedens Hotel except to the except caused or contributed to by Pedens Hotel or its current or former officer's, employee's or agent's negligence.

Damage to or Removal of Hotel Property

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or any furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, Pedens Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card. Pedens Hotel reserves the right to charge Guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the Hotel by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.

Pedens Hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest found to have tampered /interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or firefighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the Hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the Hotel. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guests has departed Pedens Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card.

Privacy

We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you.

Payment Policy

Payment is made on booking. Ask our friendly staff at the bar or restaurant to check you in.
We also require a $50 key deposit on the day of arrival that will be returned to you on check out. Latest Check-in time is 11pm Monday - Saturday and 10pm Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: No Cancellations or Changes - Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
