Fairlie is the perfect town to stop off and recharge those tired bodies before starting your adventure visiting the Mackenzie Area. Fairlie is close to Geraldine, Timaru, Tekapo and the Mackenzie District, making it a good base while experiencing what the Mackenzie District has to offer. While in Fairlie it is a good opportunity to visit the Fairlie Bakery and sample one of their famous award winning pies.

We have a wide range of rooms available, all with fast free unlimited Wifi, some Sky Tv Channels, cooking facilities, bathrooms and outdoor seating areas.

Your hosts, Dutchy and Mary-Jane are on hand to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, and we can provide information and bookings for most local attractions.

Enjoy outdoor dining with our complimentary gas BBQ. A guest laundry with washer, dryer and a drying room for ski gear are available for a small charge. Cot and high-chair can be provided on request. We do not allow pets.

Terms & Conditions

Check in between 2pm and 8.30pm, reception hours may vary so please advised if you require a late check-in.
Check out is to be completed by 10am or an additional fee will be charged, no exceptions.

Pricing is occupancy based, please include all adults and children when booking. If you arrive with more people than are declared on the booking confirmation or there are un-declared guests staying in the unit this constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions of stay and the booking can be immediately terminated with no refund. Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

Once payment has been made for your booking, there is no refund if the duration of your stay is shortened.

By booking you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for and agree to pay for any damages, additional cleaning costs including dishes, unpaid extras or other surcharges incurred by yourself, or your group during your stay. By accepting these terms and conditions you authorize the debit of the credit card provided at the time of booking to recover any outstanding charges.

Payment Policy

No deposit is required, however we do require valid credit card details to confirm the booking. and to be presented at check-in.
Payment is obtained from your credit card 48hrs prior to arrival so please ensure your credit card is valid, as your booking maybe cancelled.

We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Chargeback by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy from date of arrival.

No charges will be incurred if cancellation is notified 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.

If cancelled within the 48hrs or in case of no-show and shortening of stay after arrival, the full accommodation amount will be charged.
