Property Information
Delightful upstairs foreshore facing 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartments. Large house size esplanade accommodation, spacious, central and affordable - perfect for groups and families, or couples simply wishing to indulge a little!
Rates shown are for four people, and include linen for specified number of guests, free undercover car parking for 1 vehicle, free WIFI/Netflix, plus complimentary use of highchair and stroller. Porta-cot is available for a small fee. Staying a little longer? Take advantage of our 5+ night rates, from $200 per night for 4 people, that's great value! Special mid week rates, long stay, and couple saver rates also available online. *Note some rate combinations may be unavailable during Christmas/Easter Holidays & long weekends.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to the risk of COVID-19 travel restrictions we will defer deducting deposit payments until 30 days prior to your check-in date, to eliminate any need for refund. If you cancel for other reasons and i.e. no Government restrictions are in place, normal cancellation policy will apply.
A 30% Deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your booking, however if your arrival date is within 7 days of booking then FULL amount will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking. A $10 processing fee is payable per booking, to cover service, credit card surcharges and administration fees.
Final payment for any outstanding balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival date, either by credit card or direct deposit. An automated reminder notification will be sent, however if no payment is received, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Our apartments are upstairs, and may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled.
The Port Lincoln Foreshore Apartments have a strict No Party policy. Parties will not be tolerated - any behaviour regarded to be disturbing the peace will result in eviction from the property. Upon booking a credit card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to) breakages/damages, lost or stolen property, and excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, additional guests/linen used above that of the stated number at time of booking etc. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged immediately in the event of a party, in addition to any breakages/damages.

Terms & Conditions
Important: We cannot guarantee bookings made after 5:00PM on date of arrival.
Due to the risk of COVID-19 travel restrictions at times we may defer deducting deposit payments until up to 30 days prior to your check-in date, to eliminate any need for refund. If no restrictions are in place, normal deposit payment and cancellation policy will apply.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests including extra beds/linen used above that of which is required for booked number of guests.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Extra cleaning will be charged to your account if smoking has occurred indoors.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover your belongings and travel expenses, including cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
A credit card pre-authorisation is required at the same time as the balance amount as security to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Pets are not allowed due to Community Plan Regulations. Max fine $10,000.
IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised on the balcony by a responsible adult at all times. There is a risk of fall/injury when children are left unsupervised. Please also take care on the staircase and hold the hand rail at all times.
We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather or fire events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

The safety of our guests is of utmost importance. We are working hard to keep our guests safe with block-out dates for thorough disinfecting and deep cleaning to occur between bookings in strict accordance with Safe Work Australia guidelines. This includes cleaning with a 2-in-1 detergent and disinfectant solution, for thorough routine cleaning, and follow on cleaning focusing on frequently touched surfaces such as tabletops, door handles, light switches, desks, toilets and toilet doors, taps, TV remotes, kitchen surfaces and cupboard handles. Our staff have completed the certified South Australian COVID-19 Awareness Training. Staff are instructed to disinfect personal property brought to work, wear gloves when cleaning and wash/sanitise hands regularly, use cleaning products following all instructions, including all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Other measures we are taking include provision of hand sanitizer for guest use, cashless payment, and self-check in using a coded key box.
For the safety of our guests, community and staff - stay at home if you are feeling unwell. Please contact our management immediately if you have been diagnosed, or if you have been in contact with a known case of COVID-19 following your departure so that we can notify the relevant authorities and close the property for deep cleaning.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to COVID-19 travel restrictions:
The safety of our guests is of utmost importance. As a result of any official travel advice received from Government organisations about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), where guests are unable to travel to or stay at our property due to the area being severely affected, we will arrange;
A) new dates for a future stay (different rates may apply), or
B) a credit issued for a future stay, for the value paid by the guest, or
C) wherever possible a full refund of any prepayment /deposit.
Standard cancellation policy:
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to travel will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of total booking, cancellations received 30-7 days prior to travel incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking unless re-booked. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. IMPORTANT: We strongly suggest that you book travel insurance to cover last minute cancellations, including those due to family illness, travel disruption, extreme weather or fire events, and other unforeseen circumstances.
