BOOKINGS:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision/deposit of valid credit card details. The credit card must be valid for the entire stay.
FEES:
All credit/debit card payments to Port Stephens Motel via the onsite payment system will incur a 1.95% non-refundable card service fee.
PRE-AUTHORISATION AT CHECK-IN:
We require full payment of accommodation at check-in. We also require a pre-authorization amount of $100 charge upon check-in to cover any additional charges or cover any damage. The amount, if not used, will be released on the day of checkout.
NO PET:
We are NOT a pet-friendly motel. Please do not bring any pets to our motel. Any pet found in the room will lose their bonds and a fine may be applied by the motel.
Payment Policy
The full price of the reservation will be charged within 5 days of the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes made 5 days or more before check-in date will incur no fees.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in date will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the reservation price.
No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the price of the reservation.
