Property Information
The Pouch B & B
The Pouch is a NON SMOKING, one bedroom fully self contained cottage set up for adults only; this is due to the close proximity to the waters edge. This is a couples retreat only. Here you can view native Australian Eastern Grey kangaroos daily from the comfort of your private deck. The cottage has quality inclusions as well as free Wi Fi and ample on-site parking. Breakfast supplies will be made available and of course we will consider your personal preferences such as white, wholemeal or gluten free bread etc... This is a very quiet location where you can unwind and relax. The Pouch is close to the Moonee Market, which is our local shopping centre , loved for the excellent food choices, cafe, supermarkets (Coles and Aldi), a chemist, a bottle shop, and a newsagency. Moonee beach is a beautiful area and only a short drive into the City of Coffs Harbour (approximately 14 kilometers) ,for pleasurable shopping and the sampling of local cuisine. Emerald beach has great food options such as pizza, pasta and a restaurant that over looks the beach. A minimum of two nights stay applies.

Terms & Conditions
As owners of The Pouch accommodation we will endeavor to present a well managed B & B, where only the best attention to every detail will be acceptable.
As our guests we wish for you a great holiday stay, we hope your time with us is memorable for all the right reasons. If you feel something could be done better or you are happy with your stay, we would appreciate your feedback. A great deal of care has been taken to source items for your enjoyment and comfort. If you do invite friends back to The Pouch please understand that you are responsible for their safety as well as their actions/behaviour at all times. No parties here as we have neighbours' to consider. Accidental damages, however unfortunate, can occur from time to time. We would appreciate being notified immediately should there be an issue.
This is a NON SMOKING property so please do not book with us if yourself or your guest smokes.
Given that the cottage has shallow eaves it is strongly advised for guests to close windows whenever they go out; storms arrive quickly from time to time.
We do not want you to come back to a wet bed or find floor damage when you leave,
thank you for your cooperation.

Payment Policy
To Confirm the Booking we require a deposit within 7 days of the guest receiving a booking confirmation.
The deposit is ONE Full nights rate.
Credit card payment options are available through secure settings
The Balance is due 7 days prior to check in.
If a Booking request DATE falls within the 7 days prior to check-in period, payment must be made in FULL at the time of your holiday confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest CANCELS their booking within 2 days of arrival we will not refund the first nights stay. The guest will receive a refund of the remainder of the nights booked for their proposed stay (not checked into). All refunds will be made within 48 hours or as soon as technically possible.
If there are unforeseen circumstances whereby the owner of The Pouch is unable to provide the booked accommodation, a FULL refund will be made to the guest as soon as possible.
