Cancellations, please visit our website for all cancellation policies pertaining to your booking.
Smoking in rooms is prohibited. A cleaning charge equal to 5 nights accommodation will be charged to credit card provided if guests smoke in rooms
Pets are prohibited in rooms. Guests will be escorted from the property and no refund given if this condition is not adhered to.
Loss of Keys: guests will be charged a $50 fee.
Damage to room/ extra cleaning costs: guest will be charged for repairs to room if damaged and any extra cleaning costs that is necessary. This charge will be taken from the credit card provided at time of booking.
We have a strict no party policy. No Noise after 10pm, or guests will be escorted from motel by the appropriate authorities with no refund given.

Cancellation Policy

Peak Times:
Of bookings during peak periods outside 4 weeks of arrival, a $50 cancellation administration charge applies for each room booked. Within 4 week of arrival will forfeit the full amount of your booking. If you arrive and cancel off room nights, the full amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card. Credit card numbers given, will be responsible for all cancellation fees, this includes all online bookings.

Non Peak Times:
Prior to 72 hours of arrival, will attract a $25 cancellation fee, within 72 hours will forfeit the first nights tariff.

Your Booking being cancelled:
If by some unforeseen circumstances that we cancel your booking, all deposits, payments will be reimbursed, and no charges will apply. No responsibility will be taken for any travel costs etc...
