Terms & Conditions

Please note that confirming your booking indicates that you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

COVID Safe Practices
All guests are required to adhere to COVID safe practices including:
Do not attend PFC if:
- you have symptoms of COVID 19 or are feeling unwell
- have been in contact with a person who has or is suspected of having COVID19
- you have been overseas in the past 14 days or been in contact with a person who has been overseas in the past 14 days

All guests must adhere to COVID safe guidelines on site including:
- carefully wash hands or use hand sanitizer
- maintain at least 1.5 metres distance from other people
- limit contact with PFC staff and other guests
- providing the full name, address and contact phone number of all guests and visitors on site
You must advise the PFC manager if:
- you, or anyone on site tests positive for COVID 19 up to 14 days after your stay at PFC
- You are required to self-isolate because of contact with someone who has COVID 19 within 14 days of staying at PFC

Please note that PFC will advise the Victorian Government if anyone on site tests positive and will provide contact details of all guests/visitors on site.

What to Bring
Please ensure that you bring:
- sheets for single, king single and queen beds
- doonas
- pillowcases
- towels
- tea towels
- food
The houses have fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, pillows, and light blankets.

Cleaning
To keep our accommodation rates low, we ask that the houses are left clean and tidy (dishes done, benches wiped, floors cleaned, rubbish removed). If you would prefer not to clean the house prior to check out, an $80 fee is charged for additional cleaning.

Visitors on Site
PFC does not allow visitors on site unless they are recorded in our booking system. If you will be having visitors on site, please advise the office of their full name and contact at the time of booking.

Supervision
We do not provide supervision to guests. Carers and parents have full responsibility for those in their care while on our premises.

Noise and Disruption
Presentation Family Centre is a peaceful place with guests who need a quiet environment and neighbours and in proximity. Please ensure that you do not make noise that can be heard by the neighbours or other guests. Please do not play music or socialise outdoors after 8.30pm as the noise easily carries and can disturb other guests and neighbours.
In an emergency, please call 000.
If concerns are raised about noise or guest behaviour on site, guests may be asked to leave. Booking payments will not be refunded, and guests may not be able to stay at PFC in the future.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in or near the houses, the Nanospace, or near the playground.

Animals on site
We welcome authorised assistance and therapy dogs.
We regret that we do not allow pets.

Payment Policy

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $75 per house is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made via EFT transfer, Mastercard or Visa.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to one week prior to your stay. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
