Payment Policy :

40 % requirement deposit from the total amount of the reservation.
Full deposit payment on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
All rates are net in currency of Thai Baht, including American Breakfast, Service Charge
and Government Tax (VAT).
Child from 3 year & under 11.9 years will share bed with parents without extra bed will be Charged of THB 350 daily for Buffet American breakfast.
Child from 3 to 11.9 years requiring an extra bed will be charged of THB 750 includes
American breakfast Buffet.
Extra bed for a child 12 years old and up isTHB1,300 include Buffet American breakfast.
Baby cot is complimentary for a child under 2 years.
Maximum 1 Extra bed allowed
Check In: 14.00 hours. Check Out : 12.00 hours.
A credit number is required to confirm the booking and will be charge for deposit.
Late Check Out prior to 17.00 hours will be charged at a half price of room rate up on availability .
Complimentary welcome drink on arrival and fruit welcome in the room.
Complimentary special fruit welcome and flower for Honeymooners.
Complimentary Transportation from Haad rin, Thong Sala pier extra charge 200 baht each person. .

low season : All cancellation 14 days before arrival or no show, no modified late after cut off date, 2 nights of total room a reservation will be charged.
