Terms & Conditions

-Our villas are fully licensed. 10% Government tax and 5% service charge are applicable on accommodation and incidental charges.
-Extra Beds and Baby Cots are available, additional Charges apply.
-Guests are responsible for taking out comprehensive travel, medical and accidental insurance at the time of booking, see www.privatevillasofbali.com
-We will gladly assist with the arrangement of third party services, car rentals, tour and restaurant recommendations. Our recommendations are based on publicly available information and guest feedback and we do not accept any responsibility our liability for their performance
- The Cliff front and temple area are public areas and therefore accessible to guests. Guests will be fully responsible for their safety
-Our villas do not have life guards at the pool area. Guests are fully responsible for their safety and supervision of children and the elderly
-All other costs and incidentals need to be settled prior to Departure. If incidental charges reach a balance of US$ 1,000 an interim payment will be required. 3% charge will be levied for Credit card payments
-Individual tipping is discouraged. If you wish to leave something for our team, please leave this with the villa manager for equal distribution

Payment Policy

Guestroom Charges and a initial Deposit of US$ 500 for incidentals need to settled prior to check in.
All bank transfers must be made out without deductions to the recipient
All other costs and incidentals are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation advice and need to be settled prior to Departure. If incidental charges reach a balance of US$ 1,000 an interim payment will be required.

Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Master and JCB. Foreign currency exchange service available for US$, HK$ and Euro at Bank Public Selling Rates

Cancellation Policy

PROPERTY CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days prior to the expected arrival a 1-night cancellation charge will be levied and the balance of the deposit will be returned.

If a reservation is cancelled 31 days prior (or less) to the expected arrival no refund will be made.

Alternatively, if a guest wishes to reschedule the reservation to a later date, within 6 months of the original reservation Private Villas may accept such request, based on space availability and applicable rates on such new dates, provided that in addition to the deposit the balance of payment will be made. This is not applicable for bookings during the peak season
