There is also an extra set of bunk beds in one of the rooms, this can be used as a kids room or if you would like your toddlers to sleep in your room. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans.There is a massive TV on the wall in the living area with a DVD player and iPod dock. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge.

Payment Policy

ACC # 185418883 ***Please use the surname as per this booking when making a bank deposit***
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for the total rental value to fully secure the booking.
Once the deposit is received your booking will be confirmed and a booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
Credit card payments are only accepted via the Paypal system using VisaCard or MasterCard only. This is to ensure security for both the cardholder and ourselves.
All paypal transactions will incur a 2.5% fee.
We do not accept split billing or multiple payments.
One payment is accepted for deposit and one for final payment.
The remaining 50% will be required 30 days before your arrival date.
Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival will be permitted to pay the full rental amount.
Cancellation Policy
* Changing a booking.
Variation to dates may be available subject to villa availability.
Reservations can only be changed no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a forfeiture of deposit
Final payments are non-refundable.
Check in time is 2:00pm
Check-out time is 11:00am
Early check-in may be available free of charge subject to availability
Late check out may be available providing no guests are arriving that day
Late check out up to 6:00pm will be charged at half the daily rate
Late check-out after 6:00pm will be charged at the full nightly rate
Prior arrangements must been made for late checkouts.
* Damage or Loss
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal items or equipment during your stay.
Any damage to villa property will be at guest cost.
Pulau Tenang Seminyak Bali Villas does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or illness during their stay. When you have paid your deposit we strongly suggest you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers all your travel expenses due to cancellation ,personal reasons or world events.
