The occupant shall make sure that care is taken to avoid damaging the premises including all floor coverings. Nothing is to be added to the walls – no hooks. The occupant shall give notice to the provider of any damage as soon as the occupant becomes aware of the damage.

The occupant shall not use or allow the premises to be used for any illegal purpose. The occupant shall not use or allow the premises to be used in such a manner as to cause a nuisance. The provider shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the occupant has the quiet enjoyment of the premises.
