The Rabbiter’s Hut is an exclusively restored rural cottage allowing guests to relax and experience country life. Unwind on the verandah or by the fire, taste local produce from the paddock to the plate and explore the surrounds, bush walking, horse riding, bird watching and more; a unique way to spend a few days with loved ones.
Located on the picturesque property of 'Tinline Park', boasting the most amazing views of the Murray Plains. Situated in the Eastern Ranges of the Adelaide Hills only an hour from Adelaide.

Terms & Conditions
1.0 Check in/out
1.1 Check-in time is from 2pm onwards.
1.2 Check-out is 11am. Later check-out can be arranged through management with prior warning.
1.3 Longer stays are available with discounted rates. To be discussed with management when booking.
1.4 International guests are advised to make contact 12 hours prior to arrival to establish time and clarity on directions.
2.0 Your responsibilities
2.1 The tenant shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by tenants or guests and agrees to pay for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of premises.
2.2 No responsibility whatsoever is taken for the property of the tenant on or near the premises.
2.3 No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the owner’s control.
2.4 The property is to be left in a clean and tidy manner i.e. dishes packed into dishwasher and turned on before vacating premises, BBQ clean etc.
2.5 Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the rental property or forfeiture of bond will result. All butts to be disposed of appropriately.
2.6 You must remove all belongings upon vacation.
2.7 You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys.
3.1 Prior approval of pets must be sought from management at time of booking.
3.2 Pets must remain outside the main residence.
3.3 Rabbiters Hut provided enclosed yard suitable for horses. Water trough provided; pet owner must supply suitable food.
3.4 Pet owners are fully responsible for care and clean-up of their animals.
3.5 Pet owners are liable for any damage incurred from their animals and will be charged accordingly.
4.1 Management reserve the right to access the property at any time to maintain the garden, animals, fencing, fixtures and all other equipment as deemed necessary.
5.1 If a medical emergency occurs during your stay immediately dial ‘000’ and follow instructions from operator. After which management should be made aware of the situation.
5.2 In the event of a bushfire, management will active its bushfire survival plan. This entails, if possible, management will collect guests from residence and travel to the main farming homestead where guests will stay under care of management until it is deemed safe to return to the accommodation.
Rabbiters Hut is dedicated to keeping all your personal information private. Any details collected at the time of your booking is kept strictly secure. We do not reveal, disclose, sell, share or pass any of your personal details to anyone.
When a booking is made your name, email address and phone number is retained for future communication and direct marketing purposes. This may include, but is not restricted to special offers, newsletters, surveys and market research etc. If you wish to be exempt from any future communication, please advise management.

1.1 A deposit of 50% total booking fee is required to confirm your booking. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking.
1.2 Full payment of stay must be made at least 5 days prior to checking out.
1.3 Any additional payments can be made in separate direct deposits i.e. meat platter, extra cooked meal and fresh farm produce.
2.1 Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
2.2 Cancellation notified 30 days or less will forfeit deposit at managements discretion, unless we can re book your entire stay to another group at full tariff.
2.3 The number of occupants is restricted to the number specified. Failure to comply with this will render the tenancy subject to immediate cancellation. Notify management immediately if there is a change in occupancy.
